  • Related Services: Customer support, updates, and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use Services for personal entertainment
  • Download and install apps on devices you own or control
  • Receive updates and upgrades when available

This license does NOT permit:

  • Commercial use without written consent
  • Redistribution or sublicensing
  • Modification or creation of derivative works
  • Rental, lease, or lending of Services

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property without compensation or obligation to you.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 In-App Purchases

Our Services may offer virtual goods and currencies:

  • All purchases are final unless required by law
  • Virtual items have no real-world value
  • Items cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Items are licensed, not sold
  • We may modify or remove virtual items

6.2 Subscriptions

Subscription services are subject to additional terms:

  • Billing occurs automatically at cycle start
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel anytime before renewal
  • Cancellations take effect at cycle end

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments processed through third parties:

  • Their terms and policies also apply
  • Contact platform for payment issues

7. Advertising and Monetization

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Amount you paid us in past 12 months, OR
  • $100 USD if you haven't paid anything

These limitations are essential basis of our bargain.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moxingyu from claims arising from:

  • Your use of Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your user content

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using Services anytime by:

  • Deleting apps from your devices
  • Closing your account (where available)
  • Discontinuing use of Services

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Suspected fraud or misconduct
  • Extended inactivity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • License ends immediately
  • You must cease all use
  • Virtual items and currencies are forfeited
  • Provisions intended to survive continue

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of People's Republic of China without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

For disputes:

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us first at liuchang@moxingyu.com
  • Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Beijing, China
  • Class Action Waiver: Claims brought individually only
  • Small Claims: May bring action in small claims court

12.3 Jurisdiction

Courts in Shunyi District, Beijing have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time:

  • Post revised Terms on this page
  • Update "Last Updated" date
  • Notify users of material changes
  • Changes effective upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect.

14.2 Waiver

Failure to enforce rights doesn't constitute waiver.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign rights. We may transfer rights in mergers or acquisitions.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute entire agreement between parties.

English version controls. Translations provided for convenience only.

Additional terms may apply in certain jurisdictions.
